My journey into nutrition didn’t start in a classroom—it started with my own body.
I’ve spent over 20 years in the beauty industry, helping clients look and feel their best. Over time, I found myself drawn to the deeper, more complex cases—skin conditions like rosacea and eczema that often stemmed from internal imbalances.
I soon realised true transformation isn’t just about what’s on the surface—it’s what’s happening beneath it.
As a teen, I was diagnosed with PCOS and began a long, eye-opening journey of learning how to manage my symptoms naturally through food, movement, and mindset. Nutrition became a powerful tool—not just for managing PCOS, but also for calming inflammation, improving skin, and reclaiming energy. It wasn’t always easy, but it taught me how to listen to my body and nourish it in a sustainable, flexible way.
Now, as a qualified nutritionist, a wife, and a mum of two beautiful girls, I’m more passionate than ever about modeling what true health looks like—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I want my daughters to see that food is not something to fear or obsess over—it’s something that fuels us, strengthens us, and supports the life we want to live.
My approach is personal, realistic, and built on education. I don’t believe in restriction or extremes—just food that works with your body, and a plan that fits your life.

Can I still eat out or drink alcohol?
Yes. Life happens and food should work around that. With my 1:1 packages, I’ll help you navigate social meals, weekends, and all the stuff that makes life enjoyable—while still making progress.
What support do I get?
With coaching plans, you’ll get check-ins, ongoing adjustments, and personal support from me. I’m here to guide you, not just send a plan and disappear.
I have specific dietary requirements or sensitivities—can you still help me?
Yes, definitely. Every plan is built from scratch to suit your needs. Whether you're gluten-free, dairy-free, low FODMAP, vegetarian, or have other sensitivities, I’ll work around it. You won’t be given anything that doesn’t suit your body or lifestyle.
What happens after I finish my plan?
That’s totally up to you! You can:
– Continue with coaching and go again
– Get a new plan created for maintenance
– Move into a build or muscle gain phase
– Or take a break and come back when you’re ready
